CONSTRUCTION WORKFORCE & SAFETY

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to anyone using InishForce, an online platform for construction safety, compliance and site operations supplied by InishForce, Ireland ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use InishForce on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that company ("the customer").

2. Accounts

Accounts are created by invitation only. The customer is responsible for who it invites, the roles it gives them, and the accuracy of the information it enters. Every user must keep their password confidential and tell us or their company admin straight away if they think their account has been misused.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for anything unlawful, try to access another company's data, interfere with the security or operation of the platform, or upload harmful code or content you do not have the right to share.

4. Trial, subscription and payment

New companies may receive a free trial. After that the service is paid either monthly by card through Stripe, or annually by invoice payable within 30 days. Prices are shown on our pricing page and are exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. If payment is overdue we may suspend access after giving notice; the customer's data is kept safe during suspension.

5. Cancellation

The customer can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law. After cancellation, the customer can request an export of its data before it is deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Customer data

The customer owns all data it puts into InishForce. We only use it to provide, secure and support the service, as set out in our Data Processing Agreement. InishForce staff may access a workspace to provide onboarding, document set-up or support, and every such access is logged.

7. Site Learning and AI Assistant

Site Learning modules are internal awareness records. They are not accredited qualifications and do not replace Safe Pass, CSCS, QQI or any other statutory training. The AI Assistant provides general guidance only. It does not make safety, employment or suitability decisions, it can be wrong, and its answers must be checked by a competent person before anyone acts on them. The customer remains responsible for its own health and safety duties.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance and improve features from time to time.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Irish law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the service during that period.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make important changes we will give notice within the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
